Bali Entry Requirements
Visa on Arrival, Tourist Tax, Customs Declaration & Passport Rules
Planning a trip to Bali? Before you jet off, here’s what you need to do to enter Bali smoothly—no stress, no long airport queues. From visa rules to tourist tax payments, and customs declarations, this guide keeps it simple.
Passport Validity – Check This First!
Before anything else, make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Indonesia.
This is non-negotiable. If your passport is even one day short, you may be denied boarding or entry.
Tip: Renew your passport early if needed—airlines check this at check-in.
